Sandra Renshaw

my journey

branding myself

I spent some time last Friday afternoon at Panera Bread. I have to admit it's my new favorite place to go for good food and beverages, friendly people, and the pleasure of working on my computer (Wi-Fi Internet access) in cheerful surroundings. I'm between jobs and it's a great opportunity for me to spend time in the company of other professionals. I'm picking up a lot of good ideas and meeting interesting people. Spring is a wonderful time to start something new.

Mike Sansone of Converstations gave me more tips for my blog, which is definitely taking shape. I'm posting my resume online, which gives me the ability to email a link to recruiters.

Mike Wagner of White Rabbit Group stopped by and we talked about personal branding – definitely an area to explore as I embark on the journey of marketing my strengths, skills and abilities.

Contact "either" Mike and I guarantee that you'll have a positive experience!

Stay tuned for more…

  3. Glad to hear from you, Chad. To my knowledge we don’t have any relatives in Rhode Island. I come from South Dakota, but we have distant relatives here in Iowa. My father has passed away, but if you have specific questions I can try and find out from my mom. Good luck in your search.

  5. My name is also Chad Renshaw :) I am from Harrisburg, PA. I have done quite a bit of research on my family. Nowhere along the line did RI come up, but i do have ancestors from IA/OH/TN. I traced the Renshaw’s back as far as I could go and I got as far as the first ancestors we had who came to America. The only eldest Renshaw ancestors I found first came to Maryland. After that time period, another line started in South Carolina. Sorry for posting on your blog off-topic I just thought you may be interested!

  7. Hi Chad and Chad,

Wow – there’s a gathering of Renshaw’s on my blog! I can’t believe there are now three Chad’s.

    Rhode Island
    Pennsylvania
    Vancouver

I’m going to have to get more information on where all the relatives are living in my father’s part of the family. Maybe we could all fill in missing pieces!
